Saccharomyces Boulardii

OptiBac Saccharomyces Boulardii contains Saccharomyces boulardii, a specialised probiotic yeast that has been extensively used in studies of the gut microbiome. The formula is suited for those who want to add a special probiotic ingredient that is different from traditional lactic acid bacteria.
For diarrhoea: Take 1–4 capsules at a time and up to 6 capsules per 24 hours. For IBS: 1 capsule twice a day. For IBD: 1 capsule three times a day. For Candida overgrowth: 6 capsules per day (avoid taking at the same time as antifungals). For Clostridium difficile: As treatment take up to 2 capsules twice a day for 4 weeks, and as prevention take 1 capsule twice a day. Acid-resistant and do not need to be stored in the fridge.
