A carbohydrate and electrolyte solution that helps restore the body’s fluid and electrolyte balance. Carbohydrate and electrolyte solutions promote increased water uptake during physical exertion. Well suited for situations where the body loses a lot of fluid — for example in hot weather, during heavy sweating, or during vomiting and diarrhoea. With a delicious wild berry flavour.
Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in 120 ml of water (still, not carbonated) and wait until it is fully dissolved. The recommended daily dose is up to 4 effervescent tablets. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Dextrose, acid (E330), sodium (sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride), potassium (potassium chloride), natural flavour, sweetener (E954), natural lemon flavour with other natural flavourings.
