Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in 120 ml of water (still, not carbonated) and wait until it is fully dissolved. The recommended daily dose is up to 4 effervescent tablets. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Dextrose, acid (E330), sodium (sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride), potassium (potassium chloride), flavouring, sweetener (E954).
