How to perform the test?
Wash hands thoroughly with soap. Place the plastic tube on the workstation. Tilt the head back slightly, place the tongue depressor on the tongue and take a swab with the tongue swab. Place the swab into the plastic tube. Add 4 drops of each solution and stir for 10 circles. Wait 2–5 minutes. Squeeze the plastic tube well when the swab is removed and put the cap on top. Apply 1–2 drops onto the test cassette (S). Wait 5 minutes for the results.
