Shampoo: Can be used every shower. Apply a small amount to wet hair, massage well into the roots and then draw down to the ends and rinse well. Good to repeat the process. Treatment: Use 1–2 times a week if the hair is very damaged. Good to apply from mid-length down, leave for a few minutes and then rinse well. Not suitable for fine and oily scalps. Hair Oil: Good to use after washing. Best applied to damp or dry hair from mid-length to the ends. Do not rinse out — this is a leave-in product.
