Melatonin Oral Spray

Melatonin oral spray is a convenient supplement sprayed directly into the mouth. Each spray contains 1 mg of melatonin, and the bottle provides up to 215 doses.

The oral spray has a mild blend of mint and orange flavour and is simple to use daily.

Adults: One spray before bed, under the tongue or on the inside of the cheek. One spray provides 1.0 mg of melatonin. Activate the pump by pressing several times before using the product for the first time. Shake well before each use. Replace the cap after use. Rinse the nozzle if it becomes blocked. Do not open the bottle — the pump may stop working.
