Hair Complex

Hair Complex is a combined multivitamin blend containing vitamins, minerals, amino acids and plant extracts that work together to support the health of hair, skin and nails. The formula contains, among others, B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, selenium and copper, which play a key role in normal cell division and in maintaining healthy skin and hair.

Zinc and selenium contribute to the normal maintenance of hair and nails, while copper supports normal hair pigmentation. B vitamins such as biotin, B6 and B12 take part in energy metabolism and support the normal function of the nervous system and cell growth.

The formula also contains amino acids such as L-cysteine, L-methionine and L-lysine, which are building blocks of proteins such as keratin, the main structural material of hair and nails. In addition, there are plant extracts such as bamboo (silica), pine bark (flavonoids) and seaweed (iodine) that support general nutrition and strength.

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation, which is important for skin and connective tissue, and thereby contributes to healthy skin and strength from within.
