The formula contains a varied combination of specially selected Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium strains together with FOS fibres that can act as food for beneficial bacteria. Suited for those who want to support the diversity of the microbiome as part of daily nutrition.
Take 1 capsule per day with breakfast. (Can take up to 2 capsules.) Acid-resistant and do not need to be stored in the fridge.
