This revolutionary eyeliner contains light-reactive pigments that shift shade with the lighting and viewing angle, creating a multi-dimensional, metallic “chrome” shine. Copper and purple shimmer.

Twist the pencil up very carefully, then draw a line along the lash line and shape on the upper and/or lower eyelid. For a stronger look, it can be built up with 2 coats. It can also be applied over a black eyeliner to intensify the chrome effect.
