B12 Super is an oral spray with methylcobalamin, the active form of vitamin B12. Each daily dose provides 1000 μg of vitamin B12 and the bottle contains 72 doses.
Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal function of the nervous system, normal red blood cell formation and helps to reduce tiredness and exhaustion.

Adults: three sprays daily. Provides 1000 μg (40,000%*) of vitamin B12. *Percentage of Nutrient Reference Value under EU Regulation No. 1169/2011. Activate the pump by pressing several times before using the product for the first time. Shake well before each use. Replace the cap after use. Rinse the nozzle if it becomes blocked. Do not open the bottle — the pump may stop working.
