Below you’ll find information about shipping fees and other charges at Heilsa.

All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Shipping fees – Medicine orders

Orders under ISK 30,000

  • Capital area: ISK 2,500

  • Outside the capital area: ISK 2,500

Orders of ISK 30,000 or more

  • Capital area: No shipping cost.

  • Outside the capital area: No shipping cost.

Please note: If a medicine in an order is on back-order it will be removed from the order. If the order total then falls below ISK 30,000, a shipping fee will be added.

Orders under ISK 30,000

  • Capital area: ISK 2,500

  • Outside the capital area: ISK 2,500

Orders of ISK 30,000 or more

  • Capital area: No shipping cost.

  • Outside the capital area: No shipping cost.

Shipping fees for returns

Shipping fee: ISK 2,500

  • Product ordered by mistake.

  • Expired product.

Heilsa covers the shipping cost for:

  • Short shelf life.

  • Fulfilment errors on Heilsa’s part.

  • Product delisting.
